Can Jeremy Ranch Elementary School really open safely tomorrow?

Most who ollow local stories are up to date on Summit County shutting down construction at Jeremy Ranch Elementary School (JRES) due to lack of permits. This left Jeremy Ranch Elementary in mid-construction. Apparently Summit County offered Park City School District a temporary permit that would have enabled the district to clean up some fo the mess and open safely. Allegedly this offer was ignoredby the school district.

So, now we are about 15 hours from school starting. Opening will be a complete mess at JRES. Dropping off children
